Thursday the 29th of October 2015 saw the official launch of our new SunshineCo JOZI branch. The studio already opened for business in March, but was so busy that we had to wait till later in the year before we could squeeze in the launch. The theme for the event was Rockabilly and the event organisers, Alain from The Beanstalk and Maria from Dusty Rebels and the Bombshells, did an excellent job of bringing together all of the different aspects that made this event a roaring success.
Our hunger was satisfied with delicious burgers from a gypsy food truck called Balkan Burger and our thirst quenched by the crew from Battalion. The talented Klara van Wyngaarden did an amazing job with the styling the venue and bringing the theme to life.
The live act for the evening was none other than Martin Rocka and the Sick Shop who really did a great job of getting the feet tapping and the hips swinging. Black Tulip Productions supplied the awesome black hot rod and pin-up girl Marion “Vlooi” Hart added a touch of glamour to the evening.
We had such an amazing turnout and would like to thank each and every one of our clients and friends that took time out of their busy schedules to attend the launch and who made the event a night to remember.
